1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Add My Home (trade name). By accessing or using the Add My Home website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Add My Home

Add My Home is a property listing platform that connects property owners and seekers directly — with zero brokerage. We are a technology intermediary and do not own, manage, buy, or sell any properties listed on the Platform. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or dealer.

All listings are posted independently by users. Add My Home makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

3. Phone Number & Contact Information — Important Notice

Add My Home is a public classifieds platform. When you post a property listing with your phone number, you are voluntarily making your contact details available to all users who have signed in with a verified Google account. By posting, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your phone number will be visible to all signed-in Google users — up to 20 contacts are revealed per user per day across the platform.
• Anonymous visitors and search engine crawlers cannot see your number — only verified, signed-in users can.
• Listing your property is equivalent to publishing your contact information for the purpose of being reached by interested property seekers.
• Add My Home is not responsible for any calls, messages, or communication you receive as a result of your listing.
• If you are not comfortable sharing your phone number with signed-in users, do not post a listing. You may delete your listing at any time to stop further exposure.

By posting a listing with a phone number, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above, and that you are voluntarily choosing to share your contact information on this public platform.

4. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

You must sign in with a valid Google account to post, edit, or delete property listings, save favourites, or report listings. By signing in, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, will provide accurate information, are responsible for all activity under your account, and will not share your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Property Listings

When you post a property listing on Add My Home, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorised agent, all information is accurate, you have the right to list the property, the listing does not infringe on third-party rights, and photographs uploaded are your own or you have rights to use them.

Add My Home reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Free & Paid Listing Quotas

Each user account is entitled to 10 free property listings. After exhausting the free quota, you must purchase a paid listing pack to continue posting.

• Listing Pack (₹299): Adds 15 additional listing slots. Slots do not expire.
• Boost Pack (₹49): Boosts one property to priority front-page placement for 7 days.

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely via our payment provider (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets). By completing a payment you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected pack.

Listing Pack (₹299) — Adds 15 listing slots to your account. Slots do not expire.

Boost Pack (₹49) — Boosts one property to priority placement for 7 days.

Refund Policy

Both packs are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable once the slots or boost have been credited to your account.

Refunds will be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive the listing slots or boost due to a verified technical error on our platform.
• You were charged more than once for the same transaction (duplicate charge).

To request a refund, email addmyhomeindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment ID and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Since listing slots and boosts are digital goods consumed upon purchase, cancellation after payment is not applicable. You may choose not to use your remaining slots at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused slots.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not post listings that are false, misleading, or fraudulent; advertise a property you are not authorised to list; contain offensive or illegal content; violate RERA; contain spam or duplicate listings; promote other platforms; or contain malicious code.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Add My Home is a neutral platform. We do not verify the ownership, legality, or condition of any property listed. Always independently verify property details, physically visit properties, and consult a legal professional before transacting.

10. Privacy & Data

We collect your Google account name, email, and profile picture for authentication. Listing data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and listings by contacting us.

11. Intellectual Property

The Add My Home name, logo, design, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. By uploading photos, you grant Add My Home a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display those images for the duration your listing is active.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the Platform. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

14. Shipping Policy

Add My Home is a purely digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products (listing slots, boost packs) are digital services delivered instantly upon successful payment. No shipping or logistics are involved.

2. What Data We Collect

• Google Account Data: Name, email, profile picture, and Google ID stored in your browser's local storage. We do not store this on our servers.
• Property Listing Data: Title, description, price, location, photos, and contact phone number you submit when posting.
• Payment Data: We do not store card or bank details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We only store a payment transaction ID to prevent duplicate credits.

3. How We Use Your Data

To display your listings, allow signed-in users to contact you, maintain saved properties and listing quotas, process payments, and investigate reported listings. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.

4. Phone Number Protection

Add My Home is a public classifieds platform. Your phone number is visible to all users who sign in with a verified Google account. By posting a listing, you voluntarily agree to share your contact details with signed-in users for the purpose of being contacted about your property. Anonymous visitors and search engine crawlers cannot see your number. Add My Home is not responsible for calls or messages you receive from signed-in users through the platform. If you do not wish to share your number publicly, do not post a listing. You may delete your listing at any time.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, within India. We use Amazon DynamoDB for listing and user data, and Amazon S3 for property photographs.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

When you delete a property listing, all associated data and photographs are permanently and immediately deleted. When you delete your account, all your listings, photographs, saved properties, and account data are permanently deleted. We do not retain backups of deleted user data.

7. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to grievance redressal. Contact: addmyhomeindia@gmail.com
