Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account yourself

This is the fastest way. It works in any browser and inside the Add My Home app, and your data is deleted right away.

1. Open www.addmyhome.in in any browser, or open the Add My Home app.
2. Tap Sign In and sign in with the Google account you use on Add My Home.
3. Tap your name or profile picture at the top right to open the menu.
4. Tap Delete My Account.
5. Read the message and confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

2. Ask us to delete it by email

If you cannot sign in, or you prefer to ask us, send a deletion request and we will do it for you.

Please include:

• The Google account email you use on Add My Home.
• The name shown on your profile.
• Links or phone numbers of any listings you posted, so we can find your account quickly.

We reply within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 7 working days. We confirm by email when it is done. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete anything, to protect other users’ data.

3. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account data on our servers.
• All property listings you posted, including their descriptions and the phone number on each listing.
• All photos from those listings, from our Amazon S3 storage.
• Your saved properties.
• Your listing pack and boost data, including unused paid listing slots and any active boost.
• Reports you submitted about other listings.

We do not keep backups of deleted data.

4. What we may keep, and why

• Payment records. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Cashfree. They may keep transaction records as required by Indian financial and tax rules. We never store your card or bank details.
• Temporary counters. The daily contact-view counter used to enforce limits is temporary and is removed automatically.
• Your Google account. It belongs to Google and is not affected by deleting your Add My Home account.

Anyone who already viewed your listing may still have a copy of your contact details. We cannot remove information from other people’s phones.

5. Before you delete

• Only want to remove one listing? Open My Listings after signing in and delete just that listing. Your account stays.
• Paid packs are lost. Unused listing slots and active boosts are forfeited with no refund. See the refund policy in our Terms & Conditions.
• Nothing comes back. You can sign in again later with the same Google account, but your old listings, photos and saved properties will not return.
